桂林办居住证需要什么材料？
桂林居住证办理要求：
一、申请人的身份要求：
1、申请人必须为桂林户籍人员，或定居桂林满半年以上，并在桂林本地工作的外地人员；
2、既有桂林户籍又有外地户籍的人员，须做出本次申请住在桂林的选择，确定其今后六个月或一年的主要居住地；
3、在国（境）外保留有永久居住证申请居住者，必须持桂林人有效二类居留证入境桂林；
4、境外留学人员持有效二类居留证有效期不低于六个月可按有效证件在桂林居住的，由出入境管理机关授予居住登记口令。
二、关于申请所需要的材料：
1、提交有效证件，例如桂林户口本、外地户口本、居住证、护照、港澳回乡证申请表等；
2、关于外地人申请桂林居住证，须提交在桂林工作、就读的证明材料；
3、办理领事证件，需提供婚姻、出生、离婚、死亡等法律文书；
4、如果申请者除上述材料外，还要提交疾病认证证明等相关资料。
三、居住证办理程序：
1、先到桂林市有关部门提出申请，并提供材料；
2、核准材料有效，收取相关费用；
3、桂林市公安局出具《桂林市居住证》；
4、住宿单位凭证件办理居住登记。
